Ingredients

300g large prawns, peeled and deveined
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 red bird's eye chilies, sliced (adjust for heat)
1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh Thai holy basil leaves (or Italian basil)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
