Ingredients

8 lamb chops (approx. 2 lbs)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 fresh red chillies, finely sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 lime, juiced
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
