4 thick pork sausages
4 slices back bacon
2 slices black pudding (optional)
1 cup button mushrooms, halved
2 large tomatoes, halved crosswise
2 large eggs
1 can (14 oz) baked beans in tomato sauce
2 slices thick crusted bread
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
