Experience the quintessential British morning meal with this streamlined one-pan method that delivers all the classic flavors with less cleanup. This hearty feast combines savory pork sausages, crisp back bacon, eggs, and mushrooms, making it perfect for a lazy weekend brunch.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a very large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until browned on all sides.
Push the sausages to the edge of the pan. Add the bacon slices and black pudding (if using) to the center. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until the bacon is crispy.
Move the bacon and black pudding to the side with the sausages. Add the mushrooms and tomato halves (cut side down) to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are blistered and mushrooms are tender.
While the fry-up finishes, warm the baked beans in a small saucepan or microwave and toast the bread slices.
Create a space in the center of the skillet (adding a little more oil if dry) and crack in the eggs. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.
Season the eggs and vegetables with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately on warm plates, plating the beans and toast alongside the contents of the skillet.
