Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillets (approx. 150g each), pounded thin
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 block (250g) halloumi cheese, sliced into 8 pieces
4 brioche burger buns
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh arugula or lettuce
Salt and black pepper to taste
