Ingredients

1.5 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
8 oz shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 slices Gruyere cheese
4 burger buns
2 tbsp olive oil
