Ingredients

4 chicken breast cutlets (approx. 6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 lemon (zest and juice)
8 oz block halloumi cheese, sliced into 8 pieces
4 brioche burger buns
4 tbsp tzatziki sauce
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cup mixed salad leaves
Salt and black pepper to taste
